Do you love to knit or crochet?  If so, put your talents to good use by getting involved in the Calvary Gamber Prayer Shawl Ministry.   The shawl maker begins with prayers and blessings for the recipient and continues to pray and meditate as the shawl is created.  Once a shawl is completed our congregation blesses them before sending them out to comfort others.  If interested in knitting or crochet, please contact Vicki Tupa. Shawls are used for all sorts of reasons: comfort those who undergo medical treatments, to comfort after a loss of a loved one, in time of stress, for birthing, nursing baby, bridal showers, weddings, during illness and recovery.
