Bill Thomas
Pastor
He comes to us as a newly retired elder in the Baltimore Washington Annual Conference after serving 46 years of pastoral ministry. For the past 14 years he was pastor of Hereford Faith & Life Church (a UMC congregation) in Monkton, Md. Bill, and his wife Linda, have 8 children, the youngest two adopted from China.Besides pastoral ministry, Bill is a leadership coach with the UMC Mid-Atlantic Foundation (now Faith Foundation) coaching pastors and church leaders as part of the Financial Leadership Academies sponsored by the Foundation.

Pamela Wiswakarma
Director Of Music Ministry
Ms Wiswakarma’s professional degrees include Vordiplom-Dinieren (Conducting) and Diplom-Rhythmik, Diplom (Hochschule fuer Musik und Theater Hamburg, Germany), Music Lehrerin (Eurhythmics music teacher) and a Bachelor of Arts (Music Education, St. Mary’s College, Maryland). She has special experience in the area of Piano Methods and is expert in the area of Eurhythmics and Movements. Pamela is an experienced teacher in preprimary, primary and secondary school, in areas of music, dance and drama.

Ms Wiswakarma has been a private piano instructor in Hamburg, Germany and a piano accompanist for concerts and recitals in Europe and America. In addition to her teaching and conducting experience, Pamela has also performed as a singer in the Baltimore Symphony Choir, Baltimore, Maryland. Ms Wiswakarma is currently the Executive Director of the Opus Community Music School in Sykesville, Maryland.

Vicki Tupa
Office Administrator
Vicki joined our Calvary team in September 2022 as our Office Administrator. Vicki is a busy mom of 3 teen boys and has just recently returned to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years. Vicki is CPA with a sharp mind in finance and office administration. She keeps our office and church running smoothly with a cheerful disposition. In her downtime, Vicki enjoys crafting, reading, and "trying" to improve her golf game.
Jacob Schwarz
Media Specialist
Jacob joined the Calvary team in January 2021 as a Carroll County Public School Career & Tech intern. Upon completing his semester long intership and graduating from Manchester Valley High School, we decided that he was too talented to let go. Jacob works a few hours a week on all of Calvary's media needs, from the online worship services to our social media. Jacob graduated from Stevenson University in 2025 and is now a full-time middle school teacher.
